TAPIA INC have joined efforts in order to strengthen our work capacity, thanks to this agreement
we are able to develop any kind of Steam Generation project as well as Heat Recovery (hrgs), no matter
the complexity of the project. Likewise, we ensure the lowest price in the market, keeping the product
value. This association, also allows us to guarantee the best quality, when meeting our clients’ needs,
including specific sizes and different locations.
In the following information, we mention the Steam Generators and Heat Recovery components:
Economizer
Evaporator
Over-heater
Water pre-heater (although not all the HRSG include the for of them)
Each Recovery Boiler may include up to 3 pressure levels:
High pressure (HP)
Intermediate pressure (IP)
Low pressure (LP)
Each section has a steam collector´s exclusive pressure level, as well as the evaporator, where the water becomes steam.
The super-heaters increase the steam temperature beyond the saturation point.

TAPIA INC have developed new techniques for maximum reduction of the erection and the assembly
work. We have had the opportunity to learn in the work field and from our customers, through the integration
of these techniques.
Therefore, we have been able to significantly optimize the construction feasibility of our designs; by reducing the number
of welds in the work field, hence, we have shortened the total installation time. As a general result,
saving time in the work field, it is also saving time for our clients.
